Actress Yvonne Jegede has shared her experience from working on a film set in Uganda, in the midst of the contention touched off by the arrest of Nigerian artists Omah Lay and Tems in the country
The entertainer who was labelled proud after she said she doesn’t know any any Ugandan artiste, expressed that their self esteem issues, have nothing to do with Nigerians.
Yvonne tweeted;
I was in #Uganda in 2013 to shoot a film, after every sentence came “you Nigerians are very proud”, even when I said I didn’t know any Ugandan artist I was labeled proud. I am proud of where I come from, your self esteem issues has nothing to with Nigerians
