Nigeria has been refered to as a nation viably handling coronavirus by the World Health Organization, soon after the global office pronounced the fatal sickness as “pandemic”.

At a public interview in Geneva, Michael Ryan who heads the WHO Emergencies Program offered credits to Nigeria over its speedy reaction in handling the infection in the wake of affirming its first case.

Ryan affirmed that Nigeria gave a 100-bed confinement unit inside 48 hours of affirming its first coronavirus case. He anyway conceded that the advancement of segregation and clinical help is lopsided in nations around the globe.

Just two cases have been recorded in Nigeria since the oubreak of coronavirus, and the primary patient has recouped and may be released soon.
