A Black man was nearly lynched by a gathering of white men in Indiana throughout the end of the week.
The man, Vauhxx Rush Booker took to Facebook to detail the Fourth of July assault which occured close to Lake Monroe on state-possessed land on Saturday, July 5.
Video from the scene shows a few white men holding Booker on the ground against a tree while two white ladies can be seen begging them to release him. A portion of the white men were additionally heard utilizing racial slurs coordinated at the individual shooting the episode.
