Video: Former England and Tottenham striker involved in a car accident

Footballer Jermain Defoe was engaged with a three-auto collision in Scotland on Saturday, September 28.

The previous England and Tottenham Hotspur striker, 36, who played and scored in Rangers’ triumph over Aberdeen was envisioned addressing police close to the Clyde Tunnel in Glasgow after the occurrence.

Defoe was associated with an impact with two different autos close to Glasgow’s Clyde Tunnel not long after 6pm. His Range Rover supported overwhelming harm, alongside the other two vehicles included.

A Police Scotland representative stated: ‘Police were called to reports of a three-vehicle street car accident along Balshagray Avenue at 6.05pm.

‘Officials stay on the scene. There are no wounds.’

An observer told the Scottish Sun: “Defoe and a woman – who appeared as though she was his better half – were in the Range Rover.

“The BMW M4 sports vehicle was voyaging south. It showed up some way or another to experience the focal reservation and cut Defoe’s vehicle.

The striker who rose solid from the episode posted a video message on his Instagram record to tell fans that he was ‘all great’.

He stated: ‘Hello there folks, simply need to state thank you for all your flawless messages, I realize you more likely than not been so stressed! ‘Be that as it may, I’m fine, I’m all great. I’m simply going to return home and rest up.

‘I’m simply shortly of stun however I’m all great. Much appreciated you for every one of your messages once more.’
