USA Vice President ‘Mike Pence’ staff test positive for coronavirus

A staff part in US Vice President Mike Pence’s office has tried constructive for coronavirus, a representative for Pence reported on Friday evening.

Katie Miller, Pence’s press secretary said in an announcement;

“Tonight we were informed that an individual from the Office of the Vice President tried positive for the Coronavirus. Neither President Trump nor Vice President Pence had close contact with the person. Further contact following is being directed as per CDC rules.” 

Pence was designated by Trump to lead the White House’s coronavirus team, which has been holding every day press briefings on the infection. As of late, Trump has joined Pence and others on the team for briefings.

President Donald Trump tried negative for the infection in the wake of coming into contact at his Florida resort with Brazilian authorities who later tried positive for the malady.
