A video making adjusts via online media has caught the moment the cash used in purchasing sacks of rice from a shop in Ogwashi-Uku region of Delta State, allegedly transformed into cash.
An observer who shared the video asserted that the purchaser who left in a Sienna SUV, paid over N400,000 in real money for the 20 packs of rice he purchased.
