Intellectual Havarde organize online examination for students amid Covid19 pandemic, DOS warns students of online fraud

Intellectual Havarde Educational Services Organization in charge of Harvarde college of Business and management Science  has come up with a recent development amid this coronavirus pandemic to aid the students’ progress of learning by conducting an online examination.

This development which is the first of its kind in the institution will give students advantage of progressing further in their academics rather than being stagnant waiting for the pandemic to halt.

ONLINE EXAMINATION REGISTRATION GUIDELINE

All students should follow the guidelines below for the 2019/2020 First Semester Examination Registration.

  • Students must make sure that Administrative Charges and Examination fee are paid to be eligible to write the examination.
  • Students who have just paid for examination fee should scan and send their receipt/teller through their personal email to  harvardebursary@gmail.com  include your Name (Surname in capital letter), Department, Level, Matric Number and Phone Number;
  • Students who have just paid Administrative charges and Examination fee should scan and send both tellers through their personal email to  harvardebursary@gmail.com  include your Name (Surname in capital letter), Department, Level, Matric Number and Phone Number;
  • Students who have paid Administrative Charges and Examination Fee before should scan and send their receipts through their personal email to  harvardebursary@gmail.com  include your Name (Surname in capital letter), Department, Level, Matric Number and Phone Number;
  • Students who are qualified for the examination shall receive examination login details within 48hours, through their personal email.

The Director of studies advised students to be mindful of information they consume on the media as many are false and aimed at defrauding unsuspecting victims.
He further shared some screenshots of some persons trying to extort money from students using the unofficial school group .
He advised all students to always check the school portal for relevant information.
