Exclusive: Heavy downpour rips Adigbe-Opako road into two 8 months after road was fixed (Photos)

Locals living around Adigbe-Opako (Car-Wash Bus-stop) area, Abeokuta are being faced with a devastating reality as another heavy deluge partition road that was earlier fixed months ago.

The rain which occurred on Friday 10, July 2020 begun from 5:40pm and lasted till 12am caused a heavy flood which prevented transit owners from conveying their passengers, thereby forcing many to alight at a premature destination and causing dispute.

Prior to this inauspicious occurrence, the Ogun State government had earlier repair the road 8 months ago after a heavy downpour ripped the very same road apart. Read previous news by clicking HERE

Many locals argued that the materials being used by the engineers were not of high grade quality, thus forcing the road to rip apart months after being repaired.

They however plead for the Ogun State governor (Prince Dapo Abiodun) to come to their aide on time as the torn road would affect motorist from plying the axis
