A Disc Jockey distinguished as Jerry Okirwoth has been slaughtered by show goers for playing exhausting music.
Late Jerry Okirwoth, low maintenance DJ and understudy at Parombo Secondary School in Uganda was killed by the crowd for neglecting to play their main tunes. He was murdered in a disco lobby in Nebbi District, Northern Uganda.
Nebbi Resident District Commissioner William Bob Labeja reprimanded the foundation’s administration for neglecting to shield the quick rising DJ from the irate group.
“As the head of security in the region, I will never again enable any disco administrators to lead their organizations in the sub-district and anyone who challenges the order will be arraigned.
All disco corridors in all sub districts must be shut on the grounds that they are causing uncertainty and excess among the young,” he told the press.
In 2014, three Zimbabwean men were accused of homicide in the wake of attacking a DJ on Independence Day for playing ‘exhausting music’. Elson Samuel Tirivavi, 22, endured extreme head wounds after he was hit with a seat and a jug in the following battle.
