The present sitting was booked for the knowing about his no-case accommodation, following the end of the indictment’s case with nine observers prior on Wednesday December 9.
His legal counselor, Anayo Adibe, was advising the adjudicator, Justice Okon Abang, that his group presently couldn’t seem to get the records of procedures mentioned from the court’s library when Maina unexpectedly drooped.
Jail authorities quickly hurried towards him to revive him and get him appropriate clinical consideration.
